collate_outputsfunction in thesrc/asleep/collate_outputs.pyfile to also collate summary.json files.src/asleep/collate_outputs.py: Changes to collatesummary.jsonfiles into asummary.csv.gzoutput file.src/asleep/collate_outputs.py: Updated the print statements for collatinginfo.jsonfiles to use lowercase for consistency.
