If we abort a job, it changes the state to Aborting.
The Abort Button is disabled for Aborting-Jobs.
After restart the job changes to Cleanup and an Abort is possible again. The job and alle Processes are killed on second abort.
Abort in AbortingState could change the jobstate to Cleanup, this would allow to get fixup activities and to abort is manually without restart.
