High IOC list stuck at polling

Describe the bug

We have big IoC lists (15k entries and more) and they all seem to be stuck at 1152 entries and the miners always says polling.
It seem to be related to miners related to this class : minemeld.ft.http.HttpFT

Expected behavior

Should download the list without any issues

Current behavior

Polls and gets stuck at 1152

Possible solution

Steps to reproduce

1. Install minemeld-ansible on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
2. Install miners with high number of entries. See the list get stuck at 1152 entries and polling.
