API to Add indicators returning OK but not functioning

A curl request to the API that is successfully authenticating and writing to a miner is returning OK but the indicators are not appearing in the minder.

Expected behavior

I expect an API call that returns OK for adding an indicator to then reflect that indicator in the miner indicator list.

Hope you have solved this as I can see you have reported it long ago, but in case you haven't, I believe you are missinge one paramter in your URL requestes at the end of the URL you should have "t=localdb" (addition to the h=)
