Fails to patch unified diff coloring since Claude Code 2.1.85 (up to and including current 2.1.92)

The last Claude Code version where the unified diff coloring is successfully patched is 2.1.84. TweakCC (even the latest snapshot version as of today) fails to patch the unified diff coloring since Claude Code 2.1.85 (up to and including the current 2.1.92)

I've checked with latest development version of TweakCC again: 2.1.84 still worked. All others, up to and including 2.1.87 still fail to patch the unified diff colors. 2.1.88 to 2.1.92 fail to patch themes at all.

One more hint: this both under macOS with NPM variant of Claude Code and under Linux with native variant of Claude Code. 2.1.84 can be patched just fine with "-a --patches themes". 2.1.85-2.1.87 can still patched but the unified diff coloring is not taken over. 2.1.88-2.1.92 fail on "-a --patches themes" to apply the themes at all.
