Goal
Prevent requests to the Pocket Parser from parser-graphql-wrapper from querying the readitla_ril-tmp database. We can keep this in our back pocket as a risk mitigation strategy, in case we cannot migrate curated-corpus-api to Zyte in time.
Code change is untested. I have only checked hitting a
