Ele da erro código 1, já #tentei de tudo

Quando ele entra no forge 1.12.2, ele simplesmente não carrega os mods

Não importa a versão do forge ele continua dando o mesmo erro, ele também não tá carregando as texturas na pasta resourcepacks...
