What explorer did you use to add the mods? anyway open explorer with the “Open game directory” button in the launcher and thus put the mods back into your folder again

If you don't use Shizuki or you don't have root permissions, then all third party explorers are useless on android 11+. this means that the system will block the launcher from accessing the files that you have moved to the launcher directory, so we will get the error that you have had.
