Progress color is lost when redirecting

Summary

When redirecting stdout or saving the output to a variable progress information loses its color in the console.

Steps to reproduce

$results = dsc resource list --adapter Microsoft.DSC/PowerShell

Expected behavior

Progress information colors is not lost

Looks like this has been fixed in the library we use, but they haven't released a new version yet.
