Add PropelAuth as an Auth Integration

We’d like to add PropelAuth as an auth provider. We have support for OAuth 2.1, DCR, and token introspection, and have a guide in our docs on how to integrate with FastMCP here, but would love to make it more of a first class thing.

Hi @andrew-propelauth! That's awesome. Would be happy to accept a PR for an integration - the usual pattern is a subclass e.g. PropelAuthProvider that at a minimum encodes the right default parameters or any specific implementation details and in-code documentation, and an integration guide for the docs (which tend to follow a semi-tutorial, semi-documentation format, see other examples).
