Updated the embedded Rust snippet in the precompiles developer documentation to match the current
crates/zkvm/lib/src/lib.rs. The change refreshes the module list (including new modules like ecdsa, keccak256, poseidon2, and sha3), removes obsolete entries, and adds the missing read_vec_raw syscall along with its ReadVecResult struct so that the docs accurately reflect the available syscalls and precompiles.
