- Refactor assertions in CodelistsTest, ConfigTest, ParserTest, and SqlDbEncrypterTest for clarity and consistency.
- Upgrade MSTest.TestAdapter and MSTest.TestFramework to version 4.0.1.
- Update Microsoft.Data.SqlClient to version 6.1.2 and Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Core to version 2.19.290.
- Adjust package references for System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager and System.Security.Cryptography.Xml to version 9.0.10.
