Download of “Python Programming for Economics and Finance” as book (PDF) not available

The other chapters can be downloaded in full as a book (PDF). However, it does not work with the chapter “Python Programming for Economics and Finance”. There you can only print the chapter. And not even completely, but you have to “print out” each individual chapter.
Could you please also offer this chapter as a whole book for download (PDF)?

PS: For “Quantitative Economics with Julia” and “Introduction to Economic Modeling and Data Science” the downloads as a book (PDF) do not work either.

However, it does not yet work with “Quantitative Economics with Julia” and also not with “Introduction to Economic Modeling and Data Science”.
