Describe the bug
A "ranklock" teleport brick is misplaced around Raider HQ.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the area seen in the Attachment
2. Jump in the place shown in the Attachment
3. See error

Expected behavior
The game will teleport you away after jumping near that Raider HQ entrance if you are not a Raider.
