1. This might happen, but I don't know how to fix it.
2. I just tried again with a new account – it still gives me error 429.
3. I don't have access to DashScope (or maybe I didn't figure out where to find it), because I use qwen auth, and it's set there automatically. P.S 16:30, i delete full .qwen on PC, and this was been fixed, BUT

I'm experiencing the same issue across multiple accounts since March 4th. Every search attempt results in the error: DashScope Search failed: API error: 429. Nothing helps fix this
error — not even creating a new account or reinstalling the Qwen Code CLI.
