With Version 0.12.0 on Windows 11, basic file operations fail

What happened?

Very Basic file operations are failing on win11 making it impossible to work with. I even requested use of git bash, command etc. installed on my system, Still it does not work. See this graphic for an output sample:

What did you expect to happen?

The file should be created

Run qwen to enter the interactive CLI, then run the /about command.

This used to work earlier.
