/insight command generates incomplete HTML report — only header section visible, missing detailed content sections

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with the /insight command in Qwen Code CLI. After running the command, the generated HTML report in
C:\Users\{username}\.qwen\insights\ is incomplete. It only shows the header section with the title, date range, and basic statistics, but all the
detailed content sections are missing.

What I expect to see:
The full report should include the "At a Glance" section (What's working, What's hindering you, Quick wins, Ambitious workflows), navigation tabs
(What You Work On, How You Use Qwen Code, Impressive Things, etc.), and detailed analysis for each section.

What I actually see:
Only the header and statistics are rendered. Everything below the statistics is blank.

Environment:
 - Qwen Code CLI: v0.11.1
 - OS: Windows 10 (build 10.0.26200)

Additional context:
This issue appeared recently. Previously, the /insight command generated complete HTML reports with full analysis. Now the file is created but
contains only the header portion. Currently tracking 1351 messages across 164 sessions, but no analysis is displayed.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround?
