QWEN CLI crashes when opening a user permission request (Linux)

What happened?

The shell crashes with the message "Terminated" when prompted to execute a shell command. Version 0.13.0, 0.12.6 - everything is fine (I tried rolling back, installing via NPM). This occurs on Ubuntu Server 24.04.4, but on Windows 10 - everything is fine.
Running within tmux if that makes a difference

Reproducing the bug (prompts):

1. Create file 1.md
2. Delete file 1.md (a "window" will open confirming the RM command and crash)

What did you expect to happen?

I expected correct operation without crashing the program

I tried my best to run 1.create file 1.md and 2.delete file 1.md in the environment you described, selecting "allow once" in both pop-up windows, but I was unable to reproduce the problem you encountered. Could you please describe the process of the problem in more detail, such as: the complete prompt, what options were selected in the confirm dialog, and whether your folder had write permissions? Alternatively, could you provide screenshots or video recordings to help us better troubleshoot the problem?

1. I don't have time to select an option in the dialog—the process collapses immediately.
2. Yes, the folder has read/write permissions—the project was already being actively developed on previous versions of Qwen Code. If I immediately roll back to the previous version (without exiting, rebooting, or making any changes), the same request will work:
   npm install -g @qwen-code/qwen-code@0.12.6
3. I get remote access to my server via connectbot (Android APK)

The problem was ultimately resolved using Qwen's Code. We tried various queries, and it crashed. We continued the current session and continued analyzing the crash information. Ultimately, the issue turned out to be a memory dump. I have 2GB of available memory and swap is disabled. As a result, during the file creation/deletion dialog, apparently during the execution or preparation of a shell command, there was a jump in memory usage from 400MB to 1200MB, followed by a forced dump (according to dmesg). Now swap is enabled and everything is fine. My issue is resolved, but the memory dump issue is likely still present. Thanks! It's a great tool for diagnosing even these types of problems.
