This interface lists launch arguments (stolen from wiki page), and enables users to toggle them. A description of each argument can be displayed by hovering related item.
A language picker allows user to input wanted language for the client (given it's installed).
Users can also input custom arguments.
All launch arguments are saved in the frontend store, meaning they persist over launcher reinstalls.
