fixes ppu_integer_arithmetic test crashing to desktop with interpreter.
VSLDOI and MFOCRF also exhibit the same symptom (0x0 in ptrs), but they are special and have 16 variants in addition to the base instruction. And all the other variants (_0..._15) have values, so perhaps it's not an issue for those two?
