Genesis Template

Not quite a generic template just yet but I need to put this on GitHub ASAP so here it be.

Before compilation you probably need to create the following directories:

Requirements

Automake
Executables vasmm68k_mot, vasmz80_oldstyle, and vlink in the bin directory
Blastem in tools/blastem
(optional) inotify-tools for the watch.sh script
