@dhdaines I would merge this. I have added one commit to make the black version bump consistent.

There's one problem, which seems unrelated to this PR: the nodetest CI suite fails to compile. I suspect there is some dependency version change that's hitting us here, but I have no idea what it is, so I'm hoping you'll be able to look at it.

Yes, I will just merge it - the node issue is related to the never-ending instability of Emscripten and doesn't need to be fixed until I do another release.

Note that the black CVE also doesn't require us to make a new release of anything because, presumably, we don't run black except in development workflows!

Indeed, black is only a dev dependency. All this requires is that once we pull the new code, we rerun pip install -r requirements.dev.txt in our venvs and conda envs for this project. The same will be true for the parallel g2p and Studio PRs I submitted.
