Issue Title:
Handing Over Task from Discord Queue Consumer to Discord Service

Issue Description:
Currently, tasks are being processed by a Discord queue consumer, but there is a need to pass these tasks over to a Discord service so it can continue processing.

Expected Behavior:
The Discord queue consumer should hand over tasks to the Discord service seamlessly, allowing it to process the task.
