Bug: Resolve useHref() may be used only in the context of a <Router> component issue while running test of remix application

Currently when we are using NavBar component and writing relevant test cases, we are observing the test cases are failing and are affecting other components.
We need to upgrade remix testing package and include remix stubs to ensure all the test cases are passing

@harshith-venkatesh I cannot mock click events yet, since when we click, page route changes and there is a get call to loader by default.
I am having this particular issue and is not being fixed. here
I checked the the example they are using vitest here.
Maybe we can migrate to vitest in future.
