This PR fixes a Docker Compose self-hosting issue by updating the corresponding configuration file.

What does this PR do?

Fixes #2346

1. Fix Nginx Configuration Error:
   • Updated nodeapp/nginx.conf to include upstreams.conf instead of locations.conf within the http block.
   • locations.conf contains directives only valid in a server block, causing Nginx to fail on startup.
