Bug: Markdown Heading Not Rendering in AgileBot Meeting Alerts

Description

When AgileBot sends a meeting reminder message, the heading "Meeting Alert" is expected to be rendered using Markdown (### Meeting Alert), but it fails to do so. Instead of displaying a properly formatted heading, it appears as plain text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Schedule a meeting using AgileBot.
2. Wait for AgileBot to send the meeting reminder message.
3. Observe that the "Meeting Alert" heading is not rendered correctly in Markdown.
