No, it just happens on the Desktop app

Describe the bug

Starting from 4.9.0 version no access to microphone and camera.
In 4.8.1 and earlier (4.5.0) all work fine!
Using latest Jisti Meet
jitsi-meet/stable,now 2.0.10590-1
jitsi-videobridge2/stable,now 2.3-259-g22868ff7d-1

How to Reproduce

Start Video Call
Try to enabe Mic or Camera
Error. (White diode near camera show usage but no picture on a screen)
