The latest release is 4.11.2 but the attached files to the release are 4.11.1 which is wrong. see https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Electron/releases/tag/4.11.2

It's not only the wrong filenames, even the version in "Help => About" is shown as 4.11.1.
