Image gallery does not support mouse wheel / trackpad zoom #3194

Describe the problem
Currently, images opened in the image gallery cannot be zoomed using the mouse wheel or trackpad scroll.
Users must rely only on the zoom-in / zoom-out buttons, which feels unintuitive compared to common image viewers.
Expected behavior
Scrolling up/down on an image should zoom in and out smoothly when the image gallery is open.
Actual behavior
Scrolling over the image has no zoom effect.
Why this matters
- Mouse wheel / trackpad zoom is a common UX pattern
- Improves accessibility and usability
- Especially useful for large images and screenshots

Additional context
Zoom buttons already exist, so scroll-based zoom can reuse the same internal logic without breaking existing behavior.
