Scrolling to new messages

Is there a way to enable auto-scrolling to new messages in the agent console? If not, can a keyboard shortcut be assigned to "Scroll to new messages" UI action? The standard keys (scroll down, page down...) do not seem to work.

You won't believe this. But for the life of me I can't get this to work properly. I'm about to bring on some help, this can be one of the tasks I add to their list.

@breki oh but already is a keyboard shortcut for jumping to the end. The default is CMD+SHIFT+J

... and it appears I broke that keyboard shortcut at some point. Fixing that for now.
