Microsoft Defender SmartScreen doesn't recognize the app. I can tell Microsoft that it's safe, but it only applies to the current version. You should start signing it with a certificate that I can add to my trusted certs. It doesn't need to be signed by a trusted CA or anything, I just want to be able to manually trust your certificate.
