I've made a new hack for STROOP, and I can't seem to add it to this repo. Can someone please add it for me?
CapSpawn.hck.txt
You will need to remove the .txt from the end so that it's a .hck file. It should go in the STROOP\Resources\Hacks folder.
You will also need to add this line to the hacks.xml file: <Hack name="Cap Spawning" path="CapSpawn.hck" />
