UGC package not recognised #11

Hello
I keep getting errors in the User Generated Content folder of the sample, saying the UGC isnt recognised. I have been trying to install it but it looks like its discontinued?: (url)
this is the error message: Assets\Samples\RMC Mini MVCS\2.2.8\RMC Mini MVCS - 3. Unity Gaming Services Examples\Example01_UnityGamingServices\Scripts\Runtime\Mini\Features\UserGeneratedContent\UserGeneratedContentController.cs(9,22): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Ugc' does not exist in the namespace 'Unity.Services' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
