This project reproduces the reactfire issue discribed here. It's also hosted at https://reactfire-missing-privileges.web.app/.

npm run startThis also starts the firebase emulators for auth, storage and hosting with a registered user and a todos collection
with a single todo in the firestore.
- Open http://localhost:3000.
- Click the "Login" button.
- The todo list is displayed. Click "Logout".
- Click "Login" again.
You should see a blank page now. When you open the browser console, you will find the following error:

The firestore.rules also log the authentication and by looking at firestore-debug.log, you'll notice that the
authentication was null for the second login.
