ContentDescription is override after setting it in OnValueChangeListener.onValueChange

Steps to reproduce:

1. set OnValueChangeListener
2. in onValueChange() setContentDescription with desired text
3. internal updateAccessibilityDescription() method is called after onValueChange() and rewrite the field

it is imposible to turn off internal setting this value
