Add `.shopify/metafields.json` to `.gitignore` by default

In shopify theme dev and shopify theme metafields pull, the metafields.json file is automatically created.

While versioning should remain a developer's choice, it seems beneficial to add .shopify/metafields.json to .gitignore by default when the file exists. This aligns with existing Shopify app dev workflows and offers the convenience by minimizing the need for manual configuration.

We plan to track the .shopify/metafields.json in our git repositories even if the file is empty.

Will we be able to opt-out of the behavior you're describing?

Personally I'd prefer that it isn't pulled down at all unless requested, makes the metafields pull command pointless otherwise. Can default behaviour be that it isn't pulled down unless a flag is passed with theme dev?

Just noticed this today after upgrading the CLI. The metafields.json file appeared automatically after running shopify theme dev.

As we're using the Shopify Github Integration, it's then a question mark as to whether metafields will be modified with any changes to this file in the linked repository on a store... documentation doesn't seem to mention it.
