[SUGGESTION] Add glass pane connected block face #96
Description
It's hard for me to explain and connected block face makes the most sense.
Panes have the blockdata tags east, west, south, north adding support for these adds more to them. and make it more viable than just relying on blockdata for everything as we don't have to worry about little details skript is missing like this
