Could not install the module

I installed the module as the following document.
https://github.com/Skycoder42/QtModules
But it didn't success. Because the following url showed 404 error.
https://install.skycoder42.de/qtmodules/windows_x86/

Can anyone upload the module package? I can upload it to my httpserver.
Is there any other way to install the module? Thanks!
