Numeric entity extraction not pulling from attachments

The Numeric Entitiy Extraction feature is not recorded any numeric entities from attachments.

o Steps to reproduce
 Search for test. This finds all 9 emails in the dataset.
 Select the email with subject “email with numbers”
 Select the attachment “testfile with phone number.docx”
 Has phone numbers 512.243.8864 and (512)660-5694
 Select the Extract tab from the main dashboard
o Expected these two numbers to be listed but they were not.
