[Feature Request]: Size slider for on-screen controls #3010

Feature Details
A slider under the "On-Screen Controls" option that allows users to adjust the size of the D-pad and action buttons, whether to make them bigger or smaller.
Feature Purpose
This feature will allow players to adjust the size of the controls to their preference and for ease of use.
