Very poor accuracy result #8
Description
Evaluated both HLAscan and HLA-HD. HLAscan is basically very poor and almost useless.
Even the 2nd field result is typed incorrectly for one A2402 sample. HLAscan reported A2411N, which is far from correct.
I have checked the sequence data manually, and indeed the chr6:29911900-29911906 is for A*2402, not 2411N.
And for the 3nd field, the HLAscan is almost useless.
