trajectory_planning_helpers issue

I am having some issues with the installation of the module trajectory_planning_helpers. A when to install it. rice this error

note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.
ERROR: Failed building wheel for quadprog
ERROR: Could not build wheels for quadprog, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

I do not understand where the error comes from since I had been installed quadprog .

I had the same problem, and managed to solve it by installing Anaconda and building an environment using this environment file:

  - conda-forge
  - defaults
dependencies:
  - matplotlib=3.2.1
  - numpy=1.18.1
  - quadprog=0.1.7
  - pip
  - pip:
      - trajectory_planning_helpers==0.66
      - utm==0.5.0
      - pytest==5.4.3

Then you activate the environment and can try to run the files. I had problems running main_opt_raceline.py, with line pkg_resources.require(dependencies) spitting errors about library dependencies (version conflict of numpy). I just commented it out, and the code seems to run okay.
