Date-based Log rollover occurs too often and gets the date wrong #75
Description
The screenshot below shows log entries from 2024-07-19 in a log for 2024-07-15. The events were logged on the 19th, not the 15th.
Log4j version update
Issue reproducible in v1.2.1, which uses Log4j version 2.11.2 for core and API, and 2.4 for the JCL bridge.
