feat: auto revert back to checkpoint zero when checkpoint corrupted

there is no fix when "checkpoint seqNo bigger then vBucket latest seqNo" and "requested value is outside range" so starting stream from zero its okay for these cases.

need to log whole checkpoint document body for future fixes.
