After update to 5.31.0, icmp checks stop working when running service as gatus user #1388

Describe the bug
Updated a server i have from 5.29.0 to 5.31.0.
This does not run in docker, is a standalone server with gatus.
The service starts with systemd as user gatus and has the CAP_NET_RAW AmbientCapability.
Before updating to 5.31.0 it worked perfectly, after update, this is not the case.
If i change the systemd unit to run as root user, it begins to work again.
What do you see?
Endpoints configured with icmp, all return being down.
