Data cleanup - target coordinate issue present temporarily in March 2024

Recordings between 2024-03-05 and 2024-04-09 should be treated with caution and checked - a bug was temporarily introduced in the target selector between these dates (it was then fixed). This version of the target selector was deployed only at BLUSE and affects only BLUSE.
