We can simulate a 32-bit system with GitHub CI?

Is this being done?

There may be a desire to do all this testing via docker, but if that is significantly delaying testing, how about we get some non-docker 32-bit testing in place, and let docker testing catch up in its own time?

Or would you like me to sort out the docker business needed for 32-bit testing? @WardF please let me know which you prefer, or if there is another solution in play.

I can (and will) set up 32-bit testing on my jenkins server, but other users will not be able to see it.

I have a solution and will be rolling it out, but it is docker based and leverages some additional/new Dockerfile syntax I was unaware of. There are several different moving pieces so I probably won't have it rolled out until next week, but the issue has, in principle, been solved. It just needs to be wired in.
