Added more detail on rights, responsibilities, taxes etc

As employees we take this stuff for granted (like National Insurance for example) but it's new information to a lot of students (some of whom called it adulting!). Information on employee rights, responsibilities and taxes has been added mostly from @alphagov (gov.uk) at
