Advanced settings TDP limits not saving

Describe the bug

• On the flow z14 the default device TDP limits are set from 10-25TDP. You can set the min max TDP but it will always reset to 10-25TDP upon restart of device or app.

• On the legion go default is 5 - 30TDP. Since its within device limitations I never bothered with it but yesterday I did and it also reset upon restarting the app.

Feature suggestions for the Flow Z13

• Also a feature for the flow Z13 could be to map the armory crate button and also a toggle for the touchscreen.

I don't know where the config is or what to change in the file... Maybe you can give some steps?

Appdata/local/HandheldCompanion, the user config file.

Theres two TDP configs with up and down in the name. Change its value.

HC reads the fine, but HC doesnt write the file properly it seems

I also have a question about TDP method. Is my conclusion right in that default is now PawnIO, and WMI is windows WMI?

Ok I managed to save it trough the config file somehow but I'm not sure how. It didnt save on the first try. I did however notice that each time I opened HC it created a bak so maybe that was overriding my custom saved values. Honestly I'm not sure what is happening. And I tried to change it again and now it's saving the min max values as normal.

The TDP saves on a clean install restarting HC.

However, it looks like an old build with DPI scaling issue. @Valkirie
