feat: sourcing `.zshrc`

**Description**

As a developer who just installed a CLI using `cli_completion` it's not immediately obvious that I have to `source ~/.zshrc` in order for completion to work. It would be nice if this was done automatically for me or if there was some messaging instructing me to do so.
